Wallington Bus Driver Had Sex With Paramus Girl, 16, Authorities Charge

PARAMUS, N.J. -- A Wallington bus driver was arrested on charges of having sex with a 16-year-old Paramus girl, Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli announced Monday.

Frank M. Lantigua, 26, was being held on $150,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail, charged with second-degree sexual assault.

Lantigua was arrested on Nov. 25 after a joint investigation by Paramus detectives and Molinelli's Special Victims Unit, the prosecutor said.

Lantingua, who Molinelli said is single, was scheduled for a Dec. 9 arraignment.
