Paramus Authorities Investigate 9-Car Gas Station Blaze

PARAMUS, N.J. — The Paramus police and fire departments are investigating a gas station fire that broke out around 4 a.m. Monday in Paramus, authorities said.

Firefighters responded to the Delta Gas Station on Forest Avenue — which is used as a storage lot for Belfi's Towing and Repair — where nine of the cars were up in flames, Fire Chief John Niland told Daily Voice.

No injuries were reported and the fire was under control in 20 minutes, Niland said.
