The girls -- one 12, the other 13 -- were crossing North Farview Avenue at Carlough Drive when they were struck by the northbound Dodge Ram at 5:10 p.m., Lt. Doug Ehrenberg said.
Both were taken to Hackensack University Medical Center, the lieutenant said.
No summonses were issued, he said.
