PARAMUS, N.J. — Four people were sent to the hospital following a three-car crash on Route 4 Friday just before midnight, police said.
A box truck driver who didn't realized traffic was slowing in front of him rammed a Hyundai sedan, sending it into a disabled Honda sedan that was stopped on the highway, Sgt. Michael Guglielmo told Daily Voice.
The driver of the Honda, a 20-year-old male, and the passenger, a 26-year-old female, were transported to the hospital for complaints of leg pain, Guglielmo said.
The driver of the Hyundai, a 67-year-old male, and his 58-year-old female passenger were also transported to the hospital for the same, authorities said.
The box truck driver did not claim injury, according to police.
