The four-door Chevy's female driver was taken to Hackensack University Medical Center after the crash at the intersection of East Midland and Beech avenues.
Paramus police, firefighters and EMS responded, along with a paramedic team from The Valley Hospital.
The vehicle was removed by flatbed tow truck.
A portion of East Midland Avenue was temporarily closed to through traffic while the driver was extricated and the wreckage cleared.
