Even though the car was off the highway, rubbernecking morning traffic thickened as motorists and passengers strained for a look after the Honda -- driven by a 44-year-old woman -- collided with the other car between the right and center lanes, Deputy Police Chief Robert Guidetti told Daily Voice.

The other driver was fine, but the woman had to be hospitalized after complaining of "general body pain," he said.
