Before he retired, Micciche was a self-employed builder. He owned Frank Micciche Construction, in Hasbrouck Heights, for over 40 years.
"Frank will be remembered for the love of his grandchildren and his passion for soccer and Cadillacs," information from the funeral home noted. He was a parishioner of Our Lady of Mount Virgin, in Garfield.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Antonetta (Curto) Micciche; children Joe Micciche and his wife Celeste of Wood Ridge, Nina Renna and her husband David of Paramus, Vince Micciche and his wife Maria of Saddle Brook, and Rosemarie Scaturro and her husband Frank of Saddle Brook.
He is also survived by his grandchildren, Anthony, Frank, Daniela, Gabriella, John, Laura and Luke, and his siblings, Mary Scirica and her husband Vincent, and Carmen Micciche and his wife Lydia.
Visitation will be from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Tuesday, March 7, at the Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 113 South Farview Ave., in Paramus. The funeral service will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home, followed by a 10 a.m. funeral mass at Our Lady of Mount Virgin Church, 188 Mac Arthur Ave., in Garfield. Interment will be in Garden of Memories, in Washington Township.
