PARAMUS, N.J. — Aurelia M. Moro, 94, of Paramus, died Oct. 1.
During World War II, she worked at Curtiss Wright Aviation. After the war, she worked for the Cairns Company as a bookkeeper in Clifton. She also worked at Lord & Taylor in Paramus.
She was predeceased by her husband, Remo Moro.
She is survived by her daughters, Elaine McKay and her husband Edward and Diana Moro and her husband David Peterson; grandchildren, Brian McKay and wife Majella, Keith McKay of, Sara Iacono, Michaela and Stella Peterson; and great-grandchildren, Dashtan McKay and Aurelia Iacono.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral at 9 a.m. Thursday at Santangelo Funeral Home, 300 Main St., Lodi then to Our Lady the Visitation, Paramus for a 10 a.m. funeral Mass. Entombment will be in George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus. Visitation will be from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. A memorial service will be conducted at a later date in Philadelphia.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or Project Home Development Department, 1515 Fairmount Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19131.
