United Water Has Buyer For Harrington Park Campus

HARRINGTON PARK, N.J. -- United Water plans to sell its former Harrington Park headquarters, and has a contract with a St. Louis company to purchase the 9-acre site, according to NorthJersey.com.

The St. Louis company, Allegro Senior Living, has plans for between 135-195 rental units at the site, company officials told NorthJersey.com.

Located on the banks of the Oradell Reservoir, the property is in an environmentally sensitive location and a rural area, the story said. Oradell is one of three United Water reservoirs along the Hackensack River that provides water to more than 800,000 people in Bergen and Hudson counties, NorthJersey.com said.
