Paramus Vet Treats Critical Puppy Pit Bull Saved From 5-Story Home Roof

OAKLAND, N.J. — A seven-month female pit bull was rescued by Oakland's Ramapo-Bergen Animal Refuge after falling from the roof of a five-story home in Bayonne Thursday.

Lexi lived through the trauma, but needs immediate help, officials said. The dog has two badly-injured legs and is having troubled breathing.

She is undergoing treatment at Oradell Animal Hospital.
