Paramus Dad Suing Mahwah, Campgaw, Bergen County After 2014 Accident

PARAMUS, N.J. — A dad from Paramus is suing a Mahwah ski slope owned by Bergen County, saying their negligence caused his daughter’s fall, which caused her permanent injuries, reports northjersey.com

Leonardo Reos filed the lawsuit Dec. 31 in Hackensack, naming the management of Campgaw Mountain Ski Area, Bergen County and Mahwah in connection with the January 2014 incident, reports northjersey.com.

He filed on behalf of himself and his daughter, who was 6 at the time of the incident, reports northjersey.com.

The lawsuit says Campgaw’s poorly trained employees led to the incident that caused his daughter’s injuries, reports northjersey.com.
