PARAMUS, N.J. — It was only natural that Blake Horton of Paramus celebrate his social media milestone by eating it.

Horton, who documents his intermittent fasting lifestyle on YouTube and Instagram — arranged his 16 hot dogs, eight slices of pizza and heaps of fries into a fitting figure: 100K.

And then, he ate it. All 5,100 calories worth.
