The company, which recently opened its first location in New York at The Westchester in White Plains, announced its opening on Instagram.
Inspired by traditional Naples pizzerias, Tomato & Co.’s fast- fired pizza offers a selection of 40 fresh, gourmet ingredients including burrata, gorgonzola, black truffle cheeses, banana peppers, caramelized onions, marinated shrimp, pineapple, and turkey bacon. Sauce choices range from traditional San Marzano tomato to Alfredo, vodka, basil pesto or extra virgin olive oil.
Tomato & Co. also serves salads as well as sides including oven-fired veggies and house-made meatballs. Those looking to cut carbs will enjoy the pizza bowl options with all the toppings and none of the crust.
The Paramus site will be its first New Jersey location.
