PARAMUS, N.J. -- While three or more unit rental dwellings are being inspected for lead paint smaller dwellings are not being inspected in accordance with a law signed eight years ago by ex governor Jon Corzine, according to njspotlight.com.

The inspections are supposed to be done every five years, the story said. The bill's sponsor, state Sen. Shirley Turner, reportedly said the size of the unit "doesn’t matter" and wants all dwellings inspected, according to njspotlight.com
