Ultimate Chef New Jersey Kicks Off Saturday In Paramus

PARAMUS, N.J. -- Chef Central in Paramus is ready to host the first round of Ultimate Chef New Jersey on Saturday.

Chef Don MacMath of Twin Brooks Country Club will face off against Chef Todd Villani of Terre a Terre at 11 a.m.

Either MacMath or Villani will go on to face the winner of round 2, held on Jan. 16, which will feature Chef Josh Bernstein of Spuntino Wine and Bar against Chef Justin Manzi of Pig and Prince.

The third round will take place on Jan. 23.

Those who attend will be able to sample food and enjoy free demos as well.

Chef Central is located at 240 Route 17.
