Shred Paper, Recycle Tires At Paramus Collection Event

PARAMUS, N.J. -- The BCUA will offer a tire recycling and electronics collection, as well as a mobile paper shredding event, Sunday, Aug. 21.

The BCUA Mobile Paper Shredding Program provides residents the opportunity to have confidential and sensitive personal materials shredded free of charge.

The event is from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Bergen Community College, 400 Paramus Road, Paramus. It is free to Bergen County residents; proof of residency required.

There is a four-tire limits per person, per delivery. Tires may be on or off the rims. The paper shredding limit is four bags/boxes weighing no more than 10 pounds each.
