Learn Who's Who In Owl World At Paramus Zoo

PARAMUS, N.J. -- Paramus' Bergen County Zoo is offering two days of "Outrageous Owls" -- for kids only -- on Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 6-7.

The sessions are for kids 8-12.

"Owls are amazing creatures who can be found in mythology and stories dating back for generations," organizers note. "Come find out the facts about these amazing birds."

The class will begin in the Education Center Theater, move into the zoo's owl enclosures, then come back to the theater for a special project. The cost is $10 per child.

The sessions will be from 3-4 p.m. The zoo is located at 216 Forest Ave., in Paramus. Call 201-262-3771 for more info.
