Free Seminar For Home Improvement Contractors In Paramus

PARAMUS, N.J. -- Bergen County officials will host a free seminar for contractors and home owners at Paramus Borough Hall on Wednesday, Feb. 24. 

“Scaffold Law” has been interpreted to impose 100 percent liability on contractors and property owners for gravity-related injuries.

Home owners will learn how to spot a fraudulent contractor and how to read a legal contract. 

Contractors will learn how to become registered in the state of New Jersey and how to avoid fines. 

The seminar will begin at 6 p.m.
