A Middlesex County man was busted with 18 decks of heroin in Mercer County, authorities said. Officers responding to a report of an intoxicated man near the bus stop on Nassau Park Boulevard found Charles Spence Jr. struggling to stay balanced just before 1:25 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 1, West Windsor Police said in a release on Wednesday, Sept. 7. A follow-up investigation found that Spence, of Plainsboro, had an arrest warrant out of Trenton, police said. He was also found to be in possession of 18 decks of heroin, according to police. A drunk driver from South Jersey was charged with child endangerment following a traffic stop in Mercer County, authorities said. Christian P. Exley, of Voorhees, was pulled over for driving erratically on Route 1 & Quakerbridge Road shortly after 1:50 a.m. on Sunday, June 12, West Windsor Police said in a release on Wednesday, July 13. A man who recorded an “upskirt” video of a woman shopping at a Mercer County Wegmans deleted all of his phone's data just moments before his arrest, leading to additional charges, authorities said. Rahean J. A South Jersey driver was arrested for impersonating a police officer as he was stopping motorists in a makeshift cop car, while also being in possession of child pornography, authorities said. Daniel P.
