Nicholas Obrzut Arrested A Middlesex County man was accused of driving more than 100 miles per hour while high on marijuana during a crash in Jackson Township, authorities said. Nicholas Obrzut, 21, of Monroe Township, was charged on Wednesday, Apr. 3 with two counts of aggravated assault and three counts of assault by auto. Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer announced the charges in a news release on Monday, Apr. 8. Mobility Scooter Rider, 81, Struck, Killed On Jersey Shore: Police UPDATED: An 81-year-old man riding a four-wheel mobility scooter was struck and killed by a pickup truck in Ocean County, authorities said. The collision with a Ford F-150 pickup occurred at about 9:25 p.m. on Monday, April 11 at Jackson Mills and Harmony roads in Jackson Township, police said.  EMS crews found an unresponsive person who had been struck by a car, reports said. EMS administered CPR before the rider was pronounced dead, according to an unconfirmed report.  The victim's name has not been released.  The 64-year-old pickup truck driver was not impaired…
