Rutgers Cancels Final Exams In New Brunswick Amid Pro-Palestine Protests (Photos)

Final exams and all other academic activities have been canceled at the Rutgers University's College Avenue campus amid pro-Palestinian protests, officials confirmed.

The university made the announcement on X (formerly Twitter) shortly before 8 a.m.

“Please contact your dean for further information,” the Rutgers-New Brunswick account said. “Activities on all other campuses will proceed as planned.”

Photos were posted on social media by Students for Justice In Palestine.

Final exams started Thursday and run through May 8.
