Monmouth County Inmate Admits Providing Drugs That Caused Fatal Overdose: Prosecutor An inmate at the Monmouth County Jail has admitted to providing a lethal dose of drugs to a fellow inmate, authorities said. Alvino Hinton, 48, of Long Branch pleaded guilty to strict liability for a drug-induced death on Friday, June 2, according to Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago.
