Lodi Police Seek Hit-Run Driver What began as an argument between two drivers in Lodi ended when one had his foot run over by the other's fleeing vehicle, authorities said. The incident occurred just before 7 p.m. Wednesday at Terhune Avenue and Marion Pepe Drive near Lodi Lanes, Lt. Robert Salerno said. Although the license plate of the fleeing SUV came to an East Orange owner, it didn't match any of the vehicle information, he said.
