Russell T. Brown, 62, exited the white Chrysler Town and Country he was driving and pointed a handgun at another driver on Route 287 southbound at milepost 35 in Morris Township just before 4:20 p.m. Friday, state police said. Newark Police Helicopter Assists In Capturing Armed Man During Wild Weekend Pursuit A 20-year-old man was captured with help from Newark police's helicopter after leading law enforcement officials on a wild pursuit through the city over the weekend, authorities said.
