Recycling Thieves In West Milford Cuts Into Township Budget

WEST MILFORD, N.J. -- Thieves sifting through the West Milford recycling yard for aluminum and copper are costing taxpayers money, according to NorthJersey.com.

Aluminum and copper fetch big money in the recycling market and the theft of the metals is siphoning revenue directly from taxpayers,  NorthJersey.com reported. 

Residents are asked to report any suspicious activity to the Recycling Office at 973-728-2724 or to police.
