Milton Nesbit, 51, was arrested on Bloomfield Avenue and charged with two counts each of theft, criminal mischief and possession of burglar tools yesterday afternoon, the Port Authority’s Joe Pentangelo told CLIFFVIEW PILOT this morning.

PAPD Sgt. Daniel McCabe reviewed surveillance video and identified Nesbit as the thief, Pentangelo said.

One of the bicycles was recovered, and police were still looking for the other, he said, adding that their combined value exceeds $1,000.
