80,000 Without Power In NJ; Bergen Lawmakers Call For State Of Emergency More than 80,000 North Jersey residents and businesses are still without power following last week's nor'easter. Most of the outages are in Morris, Sussex, Hunterdon and Warren counties, but some Bergen County assemblymen joined  Assemblyman Anthony M. Bucco in asking Gov.
