Pair Of Prowlers Arrested After Overnight Foot Pursuit In Bergen County, Police Say Two men, including one with a replica handgun, were arrested early Monday morning, Nov. 18 following a foot pursuit involving multiple Bergen County police departments after they were caught them prowling residential neighborhoods, authorities said. Glen Rock Officer Nicholas Onove was on patrol just after 2:30 a.m. when he spotted two men in dark clothing near properties on Cornwall Road and Gibson Place. And not only was the SUV he was driving unregistered and uninsured.  The black 2005 Honda CRV also carried license plates taken from another car and was considered a "community vehicle," they said. Sgt. Greg Carter was on patrol along Ackerman Avenue when he spotted the car with a broken tail light stopped at a traffic light at Rock Road, Police Chief Dean Ackermann said Monday.
