A recall has been issued for around 30,000 pounds of chicken nuggets after metal pieces were found in the product. Tyson Foods, Inc. says the fully cooked, breaded, shaped chicken patty products were produced at one facility and shipped to distributors in nine states, the US Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced. Marie Callender's Frozen Products Being Recalled Due To Possible Plastic Contamination
Nearly 3,000 pounds of a popular frozen food item that was sold nationwide are subject to a recall due to contamination concerns. Conagra Brands announced that it is recalling 2,717 pounds of frozen beef shepherd's pie products under the Marie Callender banner that could feature clear, flexible plastic as an unexpected side dish, according to the US Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS). Did You Buy Them? 100,000 Pounds Of Chicken Products Recalled
The USDA has announced the latest recall of nearly 100,000 pounds of a popular chicken product due to misbranding and undeclared allergens. VICS Acquisition, based out of Texas, announced that it is recalling 99,975 pounds of products that may contain eggs, which was not declared on the product’s label. Items recalled include the Happi Foodi Bloody Mary Inspired Chicken, Southeast Grocers Brand Marsala Chicken and Southeast Grocers Brand Mediterranean Herb Chicken items were produced from Aug. 7 through Oct.15 last year. Panera Bread Announces National Recall Of Cream Cheese Products
Panera Bread has announced a nationwide recall of a popular cream cheese product “out of an abundance of caution.” Officials announced a “nationwide, preemptive, voluntary recall” of all two ounce and eight-ounce cream cheese products sold in its bakery-cafes after “samples of one variety of cream cheese from a single production day showed a positive result for the presence of Listeria monocytogenes.” Officials said that tests on cream cheese samples manufactured both before and after the production run in question have all come back negative.
