'A Finer Diner' Opening At American Dream The state known for its diners is about to get something a little more upscale. Around the Clock, which bills itself as "A Finer Diner" will be opening at American Dream in East Rutherford on Monday, Jan. 22 at Court A Level 3.  While the restaurant will not actually be open 24/7, it will serve up food seven days a week, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday to Thursday, and 8 a.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday. Pedestrian Struck, Killed By Bus In Haledon A 67-year-old pedestrian from Haledon was struck and killed by a commuter bus in town late Thursday afternoon, authorities confirmed. The driver was making a left from Belmont Avenue onto West Haledon Avenue when the bus struck the woman shortly before 4:30 p.m., NJ Transit spokeswoman Lisa Torbic said. The woman was taken to St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead shortly after 6 p.m., Torbic said. Amazon Stores Coming To Willowbrook, American Dream Malls Brick-and-mortar Amazon stores are set to open in two North Jersey malls. The retail Goliath will open 4-Star shops at American Dream in East Rutherford and Willowbrook in Wayne. Amazon 4-Star shops will carry "customer favorites" and top-selling items as well as new and trending items. Everything in stock will have a minimum rating of 4-stars. The stores are expected to open within the year.
