HARRINGTON PARK, N.J. -- Tennis badges are available at Harrington Park's Borough Hall, at a cost of $25 per family.
If folks use instructors for private lessons, they need badges as well. The money generated by these fees is used to help maintain the tennis courts. The Harrington Police will be assisting with implementation, notifying people using the courts without badges to stop by the Clerk's Office and pick one up.
