An employee at Tony Roma’s opened the security gate at 5:30 to find the man there, police said. Arriving officers were about to take him into custody when he bolted.

PAPD Officer Joseph Burzinski quickly ran him down, they said.

Toyce  L. Jackson, 45, of Newark is charged with burglary, resisting arrest and drug-related counts, records show. He was wanted on a no-bail warrant out of Union County, police said.

“We still have no idea how he got there,” one officer told CLIFFVIEW PILOT. “We know he is not an employee or a traveler.  We assume he took mass transportation to get there.”

The restaurant is before the TSA screening area in Terminal A.
