Participants hope the 60-mile ride will raise more than $100,000 for several organizations, including Englewood Hospital and Medical Center, Special Olympics of New Jersey, Haworth Ambulance and more.
"Everyone is just mystified at the way we pull it off, but it's a lot of work," said Dickstein, who'll get help from dozens of police departments temporarily closing the roads for his riders.
Dickstein has raised more than $1 million since the first run in 1999 -- for a new motorcycle for the Cresskill Police Department.
Registration starts at 7:45 a.m. at Andiamo Restaurant on Hardenburgh Avenue. The riders set off at 10:15.
They'll head to the Palisades Interstate Parkway and across the George Washington Bridge, before turning around heading back.
"From the time you leave to the time you get back, your feet will never touch the ground," said Dickstein who will lead the pack on his Harley Davidson. "We never stop."
A massive block party will begin at Andiamo's as the returning riders arrive around noon.
Dickstein invites all community members to bring a donation of $10 and celebrate with unlimited food, music and rides.
