Stratford Police Arrest Suspected Heroin Dealer STRATFORD, Conn. -- Stratford Police have arrested a Bridgeport man suspected of being a major heroin dealer, according to the Connecticut Post. Victor Arce, 50, was taken into custody on Monday, June 20, and charged with three counts of sale of heroin and one count of operating a drug factory, the Connecticut Post said.  The arrest follows a three-month investigation after police began receiving information that Arce was allegedly selling heroin throughout Stratford, reported the Connecticut Post.  Police reportedly made three undercover purchases from Arce and found quantities of heroin,…
