It was the second time she’d been busted for DWI in less than two months, CLIFFVIEW PILOT has learned.

Police watched Stacey Longden hit a parked vehicle with her car as she tried to make a U-turn outside headquarters Monday night, Detective Lt. Edward Kane.

She then drove the wrong way in an apparent attempt to flee the West Saddle River Road complex, he said.

Officers quickly caught up to Longden a quarter-mile away and took her into custody, the lieutenant said.

She was charged with DWI, leaving the scene of an accident and having an open container of alcohol in her car, then was released to a family member pending a Municipal Court hearing, Kane said.

This comes after police in Middletown arrested Longden on DWI charges the day after Thanksgiving.
