2 Charged After Hanover Smoke Shop Inspection Turns Up Pounds Of Pot, 80 Edibles, THC Wax Two men were charged after an inspection at a Hanover tobacco shop turned up two pounds of pot, dozens of THC candies, cartridges and wax containers, police said. Hanover officers assisting the Treasury Department with a licensing and inventory inspection at a smoke shop on Ridgedale Avenue met with Sebastian Palacio-Vallejo, 21, of Wharton on Oct 21, authorities said. The inspection turned up two pounds of marijuana, about 80 edible THC candies, 40 THC vape cartridges and several containers of THC wax, police said.
