Montvale Restaurant Employees, Brothers Take Over As New Owners Two brothers who worked at an Italian restaurant in Montvale for more than 25 years have taken over as new owners. The original Aldo & Gianni Restaurant owners sold the Montvale staple in 2018, and after a short period of mismanagement, it’s been resold once again.  This time, Jose and Franco Pinos had their chance at ownership — and they took it. Hillery Street Restaurant & Grille Under New Ownership The Hillery Street Restaurant and Grille in Totowa is under new ownership. Mike Guerriero and his wife Amy, along with their nephew Mike Guerriero and his wife Breanna, took over the local establishment under the umbrella of The Guerriero Group. The nearly-20-year-old restaurant will be renamed the Hillery Luncheonette and will have a grand opening at the end of the summer.
