Parsippany PD Seek Well-Dressed Black Male Who Approached Female Teen Authorities are seeking a black man who approached a teen and questioned her Wednesday. The man was well-dressed with short hair -- possibly grey -- and appeared to be in his 40s, Parsippany Police Chief Andrew Miller said. He approached an 18-year-old near Woodhaven Road and asked her if she was in high school and if she had an older sister, police said. The teen quickly left the area.
