Morris County Man Ran Ghost Gun Ring Out Of His Basement: Prosecutor A 33-year-old Morris County man was arrested and charged with manufacturing and selling ghost guns from his Warren County basement on Thursday, Feb. 8, authorities said. Joseph Palumbo Jr., a Columbia resident carried out the illegal manufacture and sale of ghost guns between December 2023 and February 2024, Morris County Prosecutor Robert Carroll and Warren County Prosecutor James Pfeiffer said.
