She was 29. Born in Allentown, Christy attended Northampton High School, where she played softball, marched and played flute in band, and danced with Steps in Time of Allentown before graduating in 2011, her obituary says. Christy then went on to attend Northampton Community College and play softball for Northampton AA and Allen Township, according to her memorial.
