Officers attempted to conduct the traffic stop after determining the driver was operating a vehicle with a suspended license, Washington Township police said in a release. The vehicle fled from officers but was ultimately located at a Budd Lake residence, police said. Lincoln Park Vehicle Stop Turns Out Handgun, Hollow-Point Bullets Lincoln Park police seized a handgun and hollow-nosed ammo from a North Carolina driver pulled over on a motor vehicle stop, authorities said. Robert Drane, 53, was found to be in possession of a 9MM caliber handgun and hollow-point bullets after being pulled over on Bog and Vly Lane on Jan. 30, Detective Kevin Fitzpatrick said. Drane was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon and cited for motor vehicle violations, Fitzpatrick said. He was released with pending a hearing in Morris County Superior Court.
