Robert Drane, 53, was found to be in possession of a 9MM caliber handgun and hollow-point bullets after being pulled over on Bog and Vly Lane on Jan. 30, Detective Kevin Fitzpatrick said. Drane was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon and cited for motor vehicle violations, Fitzpatrick said. He was released with pending a hearing in Morris County Superior Court.
