Prosecutor: 1,400 Wax Folds Of Heroin, ~$16,700, Firearm Seized In Jersey Shore Drug Bust Four New Jersey residents were arrested for distributing heroin, fentanyl and cocaine following an investigation involving nearly a dozen law enforcement agencies, authorities said Thursday. Kevin Collins, 37, and Daysha Kelly, 35, operated out of a Pine Beach home, while Elex Hyman, 49, and Jamie Steen, 38, used a Lakewood home, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer said. All four acted together to carry out the distribution scheme, Billhimer said. Motor Vehicle Stop Leads To Heroin Bust: Wash. Twp. Police A Hackettstown driver was arrested after police found he had heroin and other drugs during a motor vehicle stop, said authorities who charged him. Andrew Collinson, 31, had heroin, marijuana, a hypodermic syringe and a prescription for medication that wasn't for him when Washington Township Police Officer Jason Hensleystopped him around 11:45 a.m. on March 27, Washington Township Police Lt. Douglas Compton said. Collinson arrested and transported to Washington Township Police Headquarters where he was issued several drug charges and a summons for a cracked windshield, police said.…
