Police: Wrong-Way Jefferson Driver Wanted In Pennsylvania, Had Cocaine A wrong-way driver turned out to be carrying cocaine -- and was wanted out of Pennsylvania, Jefferson police said. Gerard Luoni, 48, of Sussex County, was seen by a police officer driving the wrong way on southbound Route 15 South on Jan. 27, Sgt. Joe Kratzel said. Luoni was found to have an active warrant with extradition out of Pennsylvania, along with cocaine and other drug paraphernalia, Kratzel said. He was issued a complaint summons and sent to the Morris County Jail. An extradition was expected to be scheduled.
