Letterese was born and raised in Morristown, where he attended high school as a tri-sport athlete with participation on the swimming, football and basketball teams, his obituary says. Letterese was known for his incredible leadership capabilities and received the Dwight D. Eisenhower Leadership Award in his junior year, his obit says. Firefighters Knock Down Madison Garage, Car Fire Madison firefighters knocked down garage fire Sunday morning. Flames were contained to an attached garage and car, which was parked in the driveway of the Kings Road home when firefighters arrived after 8 a.m. Firefighters ventilated the two-story home as the blaze was being knocked down. The cause is under investigation but appears to be accidental in nature.

Prosecutor: Madison Man, 44, Distributed Child Porn From Personal Computer A 44-year-old Madison man was charged with possession and distribution of child pornography, authorities said. Gary Anderson used his personal computer to upload and distribute the images between December 2018 and July 2019, Morris County Prosecutor Fredric Knapp said. The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children notified the prosecutor's office. Anderson was arrested at his home and taken to the Morris County Correctional Facility pending a first appearance in court Friday.
