The cat is described as a four-month-old male domestic short-haired cat; black with white on the nose, paws, and chest, and was surrendered to St. Hubert’s Animal Welfare Center in Madison on Thursday, December 22, Madison Health Officer Mike Fitzpatrick said. Covid-19: Staff Member In Morris County School Tests Positive A staff member in a Morris County school district has tested positive for COVID-19. Madison's Central Avenue School employee was exposed off school grounds, Superintendent Mark Schwarz said Monday in a post on the district’s website.
