The vehicle caught fire at Beaverbrook Garden Apartments on Comly Road in Lincoln Park around 2 p.m., the local police department said. The car was fully engulfed in flames as the department arrived at the scene — though the driver had already exited safely, authorities said. DWI Motorcyclist, 28, Leads Police On Pursuit Through Passaic, Morris Counties A Morris County motorcyclist had been drinking when he led officers on a pursuit through three different towns, authorities said. Lincoln Park Police responded to the area of Valley Road on reports of of an erratic motorcycle driver May 1 around 10:30 p.m., authorities said. The motorcyclist -- later identified as Elliot Montalvo, 28, of Towaco -- was located on Pinebrook Road, where police said he ran a stop sign, prompting them to pull him over. Lincoln Park PD: Drunk Hit-Run Driver Caught After Turnpike Crash A drunk driver from Towaco kept going after his vehicle hit another near Boonton Turnpike and Pinebrook Road, said police who arrested him. Wilson Matute-Altamirano, 36, was arrested after police found his car in the McDonald's parking lot on Feb. 16 around 6:20 p.m., Lincoln Park Police Detective Kevin Fitzpatrick said. He was charged with DWI, careless driving, failure to report an accident, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident and failure to maintain lane.  Matute-Altamirano is due to appear in Lincoln Park Municipal Court to answer to the charges.
