Madison PD: Passenger In Speeding Car Tried Swallowing Marijuana
Police arrested a 22-year-old passenger in a speeding car in Madison who tried swallowing marijuana during a motor vehicle stop, said authorities who charged him. Jonathan J. Downing of Ewing was given medical attention before officers arrested and charged him with tampering of evidence, hindering apprehension, drug possession and more around 9:40 p.m. Monday, Madison Police Chief Darren Dachisen said He was released pending a court appearance in Morris County Superior Court.
