A Florham Park family has seen overwhelming support from the community as their cancer fight continues. Caryn Elefante has been battling stage four metastatic breast cancer for several years, undergoing immunotherapy, oral chemotherapy and intravenous chemotherapy, according to a GoFundMe for the family.
