Reckless Driver With Record Had Heroin, Syringes, Mount Olive Police Say A 53-year-old woman with a lengthy arrest record had heroin and other drug paraphernalia while driving recklessly on a Mount Olive roadway, authorities said, Monica Banghard of Budd Lake was seen by a police officer making a left turn from Route 206 onto Chestnut Way, nearly colliding with oncoming traffic, police said in a news release. When the officer pulled her over, two hypodermic syringes fell to the front passenger floor while Banghard searched for her car's registration and insurance -- prompting a search of her vehicle.
