Roxbury Police responded to an unwanted persons report at Ledgewood Power Sports on Rt. 46 east in Ledgewood just after 4:10 a.m., the department said. Officers found nine people in a fenced-in area containing ATVs and UTVs. Upon arrival, officers were told that the homeowner confronted two men attempting to steal a vehicle when they ran away.
